By entering the Günther’s 72nd Birthday Cake Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Konditor Meister (“Sponsor”), which are final regarding the Giveaway.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins at 8:00 AM Eastern Time on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 and ends at 5:30 PM Eastern Time on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).
All entries must be received by 5:30 PM on September 22, 2026.

Complete one official Birthday Cake Giveaway entry form and place it in the designated Giveaway entry box.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period. Making a purchase will not provide an additional entry or otherwise increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
Entries must be complete and legible. Duplicate, incomplete, illegible, altered or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive one 9-inch Konditor Meister Birthday Cake, including:
– Winner’s choice of an available cake flavor
– Buttercream rose decoration
– Winner’s choice of an available ribbon color
– Personalized writing
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $46
Prize is subject to Konditor Meister’s standard ingredient, flavor and scheduling availability.
Prize has no cash value, may not be exchanged for cash, and is nontransferable. Winner is responsible for arranging the cake order and pickup with Konditor Meister and complying with the bakery’s standard advance-order requirements.
Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
WINNER SELECTION
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing is scheduled to take place on:
Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at approximately 5:45 PM
Günther Mosinger will draw the winning entry.
Entrants do not need to be present to win.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be contacted using the phone number and/or email address provided on the winning entry form.
The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification and may be required to confirm eligibility before the prize is awarded.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The winner may be announced on the Konditor Meister website and Konditor Meister social media accounts following the drawing.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may announce the winner’s first name, last initial and city or town of residence, as permitted by law.
Any use of the winner’s photograph, video or likeness for promotional purposes will be subject to the winner’s separate consent.
FREE BIRTHDAY CUPCAKE OFFER
The complimentary Birthday Cupcake offered at Konditor Meister on September 22, 2026 is a separate birthday promotion and is not part of the Birthday Cake Giveaway.
Receiving or purchasing any product, including receiving a complimentary Birthday Cupcake, does not affect eligibility for the Giveaway and does not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
The Birthday Cupcake offer is limited to one (1) complimentary Birthday Cupcake per customer, in-store only on September 22, 2026, while supplies last. No substitutions, cash value or rainchecks.
ENTRY INFORMATION & PRIVACY
Information submitted on a Giveaway entry form will be used to administer the Giveaway, contact the potential winner and fulfill the prize.
Providing an email address for purposes of the Giveaway does not automatically enroll an entrant in marketing emails. Entrants will receive marketing communications only if they separately choose to subscribe.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who attempts to tamper with the entry process, submits fraudulent or duplicate entries, interferes with the administration of the Giveaway or otherwise violates these Official Rules.
If circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control prevent the Giveaway or drawing from being conducted as planned, Sponsor may modify, suspend or terminate the Giveaway as reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its employees, representatives and agents from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
