Founded by Günther Mosinger, a master pastry chef trained in Germany, the bakery embodies Old World craftsmanship blended with modern elegance. Meet Günther Mosinger – The Konditor Meister
The word ‘Konditor Meister’ translates to ‘Master Pastry Chef’ in German, and Günther Mosinger embodies that title. His career began in Germany, where he honed his craft in world-class hotels and patisseries before moving on to the Ritz Carlton. In Boston, he saw an opportunity to share his vision for elegant European cakes, leading him to establish Konditor Meister. Today, he leads a team of more than 70 artisans, each trained in his philosophy: it’s all in the details.
